Dashboards are a way to view information from Quanta at a glance.

Use cases

1. Bringing together information from different sites or organisations

In Quanta you can belong to several organisations, and each organisation can have several websites. The dashboards allow you to view any of the Quanta maps to which you have access.

In this example, the 2 cards are from 2 different sites, in 2 different organisations. You can keep an eye on all your sites with a dashboard

2. Create a shared dashboard

Within your organisation, some people will expect different information. For example, your marketing team will only be interested in traffic metrics and Core Web Vitals for SEO.

You can create dashboards and share them with your organisation so that everyone in your organisation has access to them.

In the list of your dashboards, you will first see your private dashboards. Clicking on the lock will take you to the sharing options to choose which organisation to share it with.

3. Aggregate data from different Quanta screens

Assuming that on your site you want to focus on your site's shopping cart, it is interesting to have up-to-date information on this page from the measurements made by the RUM and the User Journeys.

However, all the information is on different screens: in the user pathways, you have a tab for Core Web Vitals, and one for performance, and the RUM is not on the same page either.

The dashboards allow you to make custom screens for this.
