Accessing the configuration menu

All of the operations presented here are performed via theOrganization. This can be accessed from the menu at the top right as follows:

Automatic password expiration

In an Organisation, you can define a password expiry policy.

The first block of the screen offers to enable password expiration after a certain period of time (in days) to comply with your security policy.

Users will have to change their password after the number of days you have decided. If a user belongs to more than one organisation, they will have to change their password according to the shortest period defined in all their organisations.

Permissions

QUANTA distinguishes between 2 types of permissions for the users you invite:

• Member Members can read the information. They cannot change the configuration of the QUANTA site and scenarios. They can only manage their own settings and subscriptions to the various alerts and reports, and add comments to the graphs.
• Director Administrators have the most extensive permissions. They can modify scenario settings, add/remove users to the organisation, enable/disable reports and alerts, add users to reports and alerts, ...

Permissions are shared across all sites within aOrganization.

Add a user

To add a new user to your organisation you must beDirector of theOrganization.

At the bottom of this screen, you will see a list of the different users who already have access to theOrganization and the permissions assigned to each.

To add the user, click on the icon next to the role you want to add them to and enter the user's email address. If he/she does not have access to QUANTA yet, he/she will be automatically invited to create an account.
