This section allows the analysis of the good health of the platform which hosts your web application. To access it, go to the left-hand menu, then System.

Prerequisites for use :

• have a Quanta licence OPS, Full or Enterprise.
• use a hosting platform that allows you to install Linux packages, which excludes "full SaaS" platforms like Salesforce or Shopify. In the latter cases, the visibility offered on the platform is irrelevant because it is the responsibility of the SaaS provider to keep the application they provide you with in good working order.
• have installed the Quanta system agents. They are available as Linux packages and require a few minutes of operation by a system administrator to install.

The key benefits provided by the System View are :

• an accurate and historical measure of **the "server load".**This is the activity generated by the website on the platform (percentage of CPU and memory occupation). This indicator is an essential element to monitor to ensure that the site's capacity is not jeopardised.

• measuressystem" indicatorsThe server may be in a state of disuse, network bandwidth or any other element whose limitations may lead to a potential server failure.

• specific measures for applications installed on the architecture and necessary for the functioning of the application: Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Memcached. For these applications, Quanta offers specific indicators (e.g. number of requests received by Redis, including % of cached or uncached requests, etc.)

  

The system view is particularly useful for anticipating and understanding possible malfunctions on the hosting platform. This system information, combined with the other Quanta measurements (page response time, site traffic, etc.), will prove very useful to make correlations between a problem on the platform and an impact on the site experience.
