Alerts are available in all licences by email.

Some licences allow you to receive alerts by SMS, Slack, or webhooks (Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Mattermost...). To subscribe to this option, please contact your sales representative or support:

Configuring the means of communication

The notifications are personal. In order for a user to receive emails, SMS or Slack, all they have to do is configure the information on their profile page.

To send a notification in a Teams channel, Google Chat, or other messaging software, you will be able to use webhooks in the alerts.

<aside> 💡 If you want to send notifications to a team email, you can create a user using that team email. Please refer to the dedicated page:

Access the Alerts and Reports configuration screen

You can access the configuration screen by clicking on the three small dots above a user path and then on Alerting.

Also, each alert can be activated/deactivated on time slots to avoid notifying people subscribed to that alert, regardless of their own schedule.
