Configure and receive alerts

This article aims to be exhaustive on the alerts you may receive in order to understand them and allow you to better analyse them.

Scenario alerts

Available by email on all licenses, however, Slack, Chat and SMS alerts are only available on entry-level licenses.

These alerts are triggered when our sensors detect an anomaly in one of your scenarios. There are two types:

Scenario status alerts

These alerts occur when one of your tracked scenarios is in error for several minutes, by default 3 failures in a 5 minute period. A resolution notification is then sent to you once the scenario has been running normally for several minutes, by default 5 successes over a 5 minute period. The alert is then considered closed. These notifications are sent to you via the channel of your choice (email, sms or Slack).

Here is a list of the alerts we can send you:

These alerts are also visible on your scenarios, you will see red bars on your graphs.

Scenario runtime alerts

These alerts are sent when our probes identify a variation in scenario execution time above the threshold you set.
